The panorama

Contemplate! Smile! Self-indulge! Capture!

When you arrive at Montenvers, after 20 minutes of a timeless journey, offering superb views of the Chamonix valley and the Aiguilles Rouges massif, you will be struck by a spectacular panorama of the Mer de Glace glacier (a witness to climate change), formed by the junction of the Tacul and Leschaux glaciers. The most mythical peaks of the Alps and mountaineering: Les Drus and Les Grandes Jorasses and l’Aiguille de la République in particular.

Contemplate! Smile! Self-indulge! Capture!
