Reduced mobility:

For people with reduced mobility, wheelchair access is possible. Depending on the weather conditions (to allow for possible evacuation)

It is necessary to by your tickets at the ticket office and to notify them at the time of your purchase that you require assistance. Access to the Glaciorium requires assistance.

Other activities, including the gondola, are not accessible;

Dedicated toilets are available at both stations.

Visually impaired:

Guide or assistance dogs are allowed on board the trains at no extra cost. The summit site has some Braille signage.

A 50% discount is granted to people with disabilities (delivery at the cash desk, on presentation of proof)

👉 Fête de la musique special offer: Take advantage of the free train from 3:20 p.m. to Montenvers (last train at 5:30 p.m. and last train back at 7:00 p.m. from Montenvers).

Access temporarily suspended for wheelchairs
Due to a technical problem affecting the access ramps on the Montenvers train, boarding for wheelchairs (manual and electric) is temporarily suspended until further notice.
